Ringing the Bell...reasons we homeschool
moments like this - of creative quality innovative moments - just cannot be had during the regular schooldays of an 8-3 schoolhouse...
i received a pressure canner from my grandmother...it is an older model, but still quite useful...it needed a new seal and gauge...the hubby went and got these last week and repaired it for me...
the child decided today to clean the canner/cooker for me and scrubbed it well...he then discovered that spoken into, it makes for quite a good echo effect...then he thumped it for a bit and discovered it made a good bell sound...well of course, then he became creative...
